January 31

Rest day

February 1

Adcock. 9:45am start but already warm. Slight cross wind from back to front straight.

3 * 150m with 10m run in. Rest 4mins. 18.3, 18.6, 18.6. Was hoping for a little faster.

1 * med ball and push up (20) circuit.

20 *  lunge with upward extension, 2 * 20 sec bridge, 20 * lunge with twist, 20 thrusters. All except the bridge using a 3 kg med ball.

February 2

Wet day so rest day

February 3

Mingara. Starts / speed.

4 * block starts. Emphasis on ‘on your mark’ and set positions.

4 * flying 30s with 30m build up. Done with strong tailwind.

February 4

Rest day. A little general soreness from the session yesterday.

February 5

Adcock. Coolish morning. Track wet from rain and softer than usual. Mingara unavailable.

4 * 60m with 15m roll in.

2 * med ball and push up (20, 17) circuit.

February 6

Adcock. 8am start. Very soft track as more overnight rain. Longer warm up than usual to get the body going.

Tempo. 8, 4 * 100. Untimed.
